Sailing in Japan

I have just moved to Sasebo, Kyushu (Southern Japan) and am keen to sail. I have tried everything I can think of to make contact with sailors, and have hit a brick wall. I am relatively inexperienced, Competent Crew with a bit of Day Skipper experience. Please help me find someone to sail with. Thankyou!

Why don't you try contacting the Royal Hong Kong Yacht Club.They're very friendly and probably know the right people.
