Hi all

just sailed into France and cleared customs in France, I’m sailing to Turkey, do I have to stamp out of France or can I stamp out of any EU country ?

Assuming you're on a UK passport with a UK registered boat, there's you and there's the boat - the boat can stay within Schengen for is it 2 years & then has to leave for a day after which it can come back but your 90/180 clock is now ticking. So if you or you and the boat checked out of France it would presumably stop and restsart when you checked into the next Schengen country. I believe other "furriners" check in then check out, go incognito for a time and if/when asked where they've been when they next check in somewhere they've been cruising the north african coast...

Corrections...
Assuming you're not a resident of any EU member state with a boat registered anywhere...
the boat can stay within the EU for 18 months...

Imagine the arguments and kerfuffle at customs if a German citizen resident in Turkey arrived in Greece on a Polish registered UK VAT paid boat and tried to claim Temporary Admission for the boat.
