This guy has been posting this advert for a couple of years. he does not mention on what basis he is offering crew spots. He should be up front and declare whether he is doing it as part of a business and whether his boat is coded appropriately

You can have my two horrors, collect em any week-end you like and keep em as long as you like, school permitting. If that isn't enough I know a few more that you might be able to get for the odd week-end. Skill levels - low, enthusiasm - boundless, energy - sub nuclear, feeding requirements - substantial. You won't need to spend on money apart from mobile phone top up cards & sweets. I can lend you some ear plugs as well. Message to Roy-Ryder, What has it got to do with you, how many times or how I advertise for crew. For your information not that you are educated enough to understand, My crew requirements are for non paying positions as is the case for most crew wanted adds. You obvoiusly have little more to do than scan the boards in an effort to add your unwanted comments. You need to get a life and let others get on with theirs.

I'm not sure the tone of your response was entirely merited. Maybe it also suggests why you may be advertising again for crew - in addition to a website for the same purpose.
You talk about Roy_R having nothing else to do other than to scan the boards. Er, forgive me but isn't that the purpose of a forum? I don't notice much evidence of participation from your other previous posts (13?)

BTW, I notice that the first characteristic you seek is that crew be non-smoking. Is the taking of any other drugs permissable?Snuff, alcohol, amphetamines maybe? Any other characteristics I should cover on my 'application'? What about a poor sense of personal hygiene? Inter-personal skills? Welsh-speaking?
