I received an interesting looking package through the post this morning but it turned out to be nothing more than a couple of large pieces of sticky back plastic advertising JP Morgan Assett Management. Nothing else in the package, no letter, no request, no instructions.

I guess 1500 similar packages have been delivered.

I now need an imaginative suggestion as to what I should do with these.

The floor is now open /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Stick 'em where teh sun don't shine - which in my case is the underside of the bridgedeck.

Seriously, though, don't you have to put these on either bow so that you are identified as a starter in the RTIR? It would be a pity if you went all that way and them found you hadn't been noticed

Place on side of boat in correct position to protect from scuffing caused by expected low-speed impact with a Bavaria cunningly sailing slowly astern with sails backed across your track, or the git who pinches, luffs you to almost a standstill in 1 knot of wind and then tacks immediately straight across your bows.

Aaagh no wind again.
