Saildrive push

We have a Yanmar 2GM20 with yanmar saildrive with a16/11 prop x2 (catamaran) and dont seem to get the propulsion I would expect is there a 3 bladed prop or better pitch 2 bladed prop????
Engine runs at 2200rpm ok but if Ipush it to 25/2800rpm the props cavitate!!

The Volvo & CJR 3 bladed folding props work really well with that saildrive and are easy to fit.
You will be amazed at the difference an extra prop blade makes.

Not the cheapest but in my opinion the best are Brunton Autoprops especially on a cat where differing sea and wind conditions require different pitch to reach maximum power transmission characteristics. Guarantee if you splash out the cash you will think you are on a different boat!

Kiwiprop. No Corrosion either. It's 3 bladed and will develop full power on a 2GM20.
