Hello all. Can anybody enligten me as to what the saildrive option on the 9.8 4 stroke Tohatsu gives you? I've crawled about the net but can't find an explanation

* High Thrust Propeller (4 Bladed 8/9.8 H.P.)( 3 Bladed 4/5/6 H.P. 4 stroke & 4/5 H.P. 2 stroke)
* Charging Unit
* Sail Drive Logo
* 20" long shaft as standard
Tohatsu Sail Drive are also available with a 25" ultra long shaft.

I seem to think some saildrives also divert the exhaust in reverse to improve the prop's bite in clear water.
