Sail repair/cleaning

Can anyone recommend a good sail repairer/cleaner close to the Southampton area who will not assume that I'm made of money and charge a fortune? /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif

Arun sails will do a good job of repairing your sails.

Most sailmakers sub there sail cleaning out. so it's not done in house. From memory sailmakers on the southcoast use a company called Tip top sails based in southsea. They have industrial machines just for the job.

I highly recommend Shore Sails Tel 01489589450
They are located in Moody's boat yard at Swanwick marina. I have never been ripped off, work has been excellent and out of hours drop off and pick up is not a problem.

thanks for all those that replied, will get repairs done at Arun's, though may wash the undamaged ones in the bath.
