Sail drive prep

Boat is out of the water for it's yearly anti foul and check. Saildrive looks good and anode has worked

The anode has worked well and will be replaced, question what treatment should I give to the sail drive. Previously it was treated with primocon followed by Trilux, 50% of the Trilux is still in place and I've prepped it to recoat.

Question should I retreat with Primocon then with Trilux of just with Trilux. We leave her in all winter so 11.5 months of the year.

You might find the Trilux stays on better if you use the dedicated primer rather than Primocon.

If you are using Trilux Prop-O-Drev the appropriate primer is VC Prop-O-Drev Primer.
Interprotect or Primocon can be used as the primer for Trilux 33
