Probably worth getting in touch with Kayospruce as they are hampshire way - I have only ordered sail numbers throught them but they were very helpful.
Tel 01489 581696 or go to www.sailcloth.co.uk
do the sail numbers yourself.... it's not hard order from kyrospruce. numbers and letters are about £2 each and self adhesive just make sure you stick them on using a hard surface behind !
costal covers as stated above at clarence now owned by arun sails I think for the cleaning! or google tip top sail laundry in portsmouth or Novosail and cut the middle man out /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
For the cleaning process I use a local Launderette in the Precinct next door to Dominos Pizzas off the Avenue in Gosport. They are excellent and have done my five sails several times and have industrial size machines, at good prices - you collect a couple of hours later
As recommended elsewhere, I'd recommend going through Arthur's Chandlery for your sail cleaning. A company called 'Tip Top' do the cleaning for most of the sailmakers and chandlers in the area but won't deal with individuals. The cost, per Kg, of going through Arthur's was a little more than half of what some of the big name sailmakers were charging to use Tip Top through them.
