Sadler 34 cockpit ply

I am replacing the ply in a Sadler 34 cockpit. This was originally fitted in 1988 and of teak faced ply. Can anyone tell me what the original thickness was? How was it originally attached to the GRP base? Thanks

It's a very long time since I replaced mine but I recall it was quite thin, maybe 5 mm. it was glued down. I replaced it with Marinedeck 2000 more than 25 years ago as in the photo. It still looks much the same.
