Sadler 32 Bilge or fin

Considering a Sad 32. Want a quick cruiser. Last boat was Moody 31 fin. Will I be disappointed with a bilge sadler? I know the advantages of a fin in terms of sailing qualities but will a bilge sadler 32 be quicker than my Moody fin? A quandry? Your thoughts?

According to Byron software handicaps M31fin-996.Sadler32twin-1045.Sadler about 5% slower assuming Byron know what they are talking about.

according to py handicaps the sadler 32 bilge at 1045 will be slower than the moody 31 fin at 996. However, non of the Moody 31s that I have raced against (all one of them) can sail anywhere near 996. He ended up with a handicap adjusted to 1100 but he did have in mast reefing.

If you want a fast bilge keeler then the answer without doubt is the Moody 336
