Sadler 25 keel bolts

How do you check the torque / integrity of encapsulated keel bolts? Looks like covered from manufacture in glass?

On my Sadler 29 (1984) the bolts are gel-coated but not glassed over. Sorry, can't answer the question as have never felt any need to check them; but suggest if you don't get an answer here, try the Sadler forum at
