Coming out of Tollesbury last Thursday this sad sight was at the port side of the entrance.

I could not figure out what the Fishing boat was doing it seemed to be at full speed trying to pull it somewhere.

Sad indeed. Perhaps the yacht had not yet entirely sunk and they were trying to pull it into shallower watere so it would dry out at low tide?
 
See previous post from forum user SERIN "Sunken yacht Tollesbury" dated 19th July. The yacht was still where it had sunk on 27th
so I suspect this activity was primarily aimed at clearing the obstruction.

I missed that with being away.

I took a walk around the sea wall the day before I took the image of the sunk Yacht and still did not twig :sleeping:

The image below shows a Blue Yacht that I can reference so assume the one appearing afloat is the sunk one?

I don't think so. The sunk yacht has a blue roller headsail and yours does not, but it has a blue cockpit cover, whilst the sunk yacht doesn't
