What seacocks are you looking for? don't think there are any for the cockpit as I think it drains through a slot at the aft end of the cockpit. Memory from 50 years ago when I sailed one.

Our Sabre 27 under-water seacocks were limited to engine water, heads (×2) and galley sink outlet .

Cockpit had a drain, with no seacocks

If there's a skin fitting but no sign of a seacock, perhaps it's been blanked off?

Hello thank you for your reply but the surveyor found it yesterday,it’s on the starboard side towards the stern and in line with the cockpit lockers but below the waterline. It is a gas vent in a sealed compartment so been strongly advised to blank off and fit a vent out into cockpit area instead .

That is correct as it is useless to vent gas locker under water. However you may well find you can't actually vent above water because the bottom of the gas locker is close to or below the waterline.
