Captain Tollys Creaping Crack Cure. Will solve the problem for the moment. If nothing else it will find the cracks for you. Keep putting a bit on, leave for half an hour, till it stops disapearing.

hlb's given the fix all solution - I'm in the same situation and have decided to try something more 'fundamental'; not lest because I have some obvious seal defamation.

yesterday I asked on PBO forum about a tool to realign the seals - but so far no response.

I had a leak from the starboard window on my S24, as HLB has said I used Creeping Crack cure and bought a surgical needle to inject it, that was several years ago a works a treat.

I wouldn't remove the window or the rubber as it will more than likely break into pieces (the rubber). What I have done is use Marine Black sealant and a bit of white spirit to make a neatish job. Have you checked the drain holes in the window frame, I had one blocked and the water started to back feed. I cleaned it out and used a hose pipe to flush it clear, I was amazed how much rubbish came out.
