S&S 32, ALPHA.

I saw a nice example, here in Holland. But information about the type is hard to find. Do you know more, British yachtsman or - woman?

My questions: Right name, "alpha", why so called? What is here displacement, ballast, keel - rudder configuration? Sailing properties? Good for cruising? Prices in England?

Practical: with my length of 1.87 m (app. 6 ft), how to fix a double bed in the cabin?
