By S&P do you mean starboard and port. if so there are several manufacturers

Or do you mean S&P as in a brand name. If so not heard of them but Google might know

EDIT
as sold by S&P Leisure ?? Look like cheap clones of Aquasignal lights.. I bought some with lenses interchangeable with the Aquasignal ones
