S/C clutch pulley bearing

Not wanting to drift Bruce K’s thread, can anyone help me identify this bearing. My bearing is noisy but otherwise works fine.

Looks like a nsk bearing but the ID numbers stamped in it aren’t that clear and this is the only picture I have. (Not my assembly by the way)

I’ve googled various combinations of what the numbers and letter might be but no luck. I’ve also emailed simply bearings to see if they can identify.

Might be useful to someone as of course, you can only by the whole assembly from volvo or aftermarket.

No, no ,no and don’t know!

Not much help am I!

The bearing sits inside the pulley on the supercharger.

I’ll have to take the clutch apart to get all that which I will do if I can’t ID the bearing first. Can’t decide wether 5’s are S’s, 9’s or 3’s!

Get the drawing with the part number, a bearing is measured by outside diameter, bore, and thickness and a Volvo part number can be cross referenced to almost any bearing chart which will give you its number and the different variants of bearing you can get for that bearing size, you may get a standard duty bearing, a heavy duty bearing , or even a roller bearing to fit it.

Unfortunately Volvo only list it as a complete clutch assembly for £400 odd

I have mine apart and the bearing is a NSK 35BD219du

Dimensions are 35mm bore, 55mm OD and 20mm width.

Basically a bulk standard car air con compressor pulley bearing! Hope it helps someone in the future

Excellent, saved cash a few years ago by somebody supplying the bearing info for the transom casting/ jack shaft bearings on my outdrives.Bog standard bearing used throughout industry.
The 2 bearings used in raw water pumps are also used in skate board wheels.
£35.00 each from Volvo Penta.
£3.00 - £9.00.each Ebay depending on quality.
