RYA Yachtmasters Correspondance Course

Can anyone recommend a good correspondance school for the RYA Yachtmasters theory ticket? preferably online.

I've actually done the course already but had to give it up just before the exams due to bankruptcy proceedings, divorce, litigation and the worst of all: having to sell my boat. I would have been alright if it hadn't been for the boat having to be sacrificed.

In that case, why do it again? As far as I can tell the 'ticket' is not worth much. You 'become' a YM when you have done the practical. For that you need to know the syllabus, but you don't need the bit of paper.

absolutely correct - the ticket you get for the theory isnot in itself worth a thing - the actual test is the practical and it might be taken with some other people who HAVEN'T done the theory but in any case the examiner can ask anything at any time.
