RYA Weather Forecasts

I bought the 2003 edition of RYA Weather Forecasts , a very handy little booklet.The problem is the information for the Sea Areas used in the RFI weather bulletins is outdated , the names of sea areas were changed in 2002 and no one told the RYA....RFI's website does not help.
Anyone has any suggestions other then just ignoring the French ?

2003 weather forecasts?

What, they've produced the forecast for the whole year in advance? Amazing what you can do with technology nowadays! And I bet its as accurate as the Met office forecasts.
