Arrived yesterday, seems quite a simple and functional package, anyone else had any thoughts?

Mine arrived yesterday too, so I haven't had much time to play with it yet. However, it looks like pretty good value for money, it was delivered reasonably on time, and loaded up OK.

However, I feel a bit miffed to pay an annual subscription for a 9-month licence. I know its only a tenner difference, but its the principle, innit? I reckon the RYA should give us a credit on the next disc, if we pre-ordered the current one.

I'd guess from talking to the Taunton men that they expect most of their sales to be at LIBS. Once the market settles down I'd guess that people will buy their main area disc in January and a supplimentary disc fo a holiday cruise that will cost about the same as buying a portfolio.

I think it's a reasonable price for the type of product but whether this annual payment is acepted is going to be the critical thing for it's future.

I agree, still waiting for the Selsey Bill-North Foreland, so I think a discount is in order?
