Has anyone used or tested RYA Dayskipper (or similar) interactive learning software?

I spend a lot of time on trains, and thought it would a useful way to pass the time... an example would be the type of software provided by:

http://www.teachmetosail.com/

I haven't seen it on Amazon or similar, where there would be customer reviews... so I wondered whether anyone here had seen it?

... and if these type of packages are useful, I wonder whether its worth waiting for the powerboat version (due for delivery in March it says)?

Not quite sure of the content of the ones you mention, but I have RYA 'The Complete Course', and at £49.99, it beats these ones hands down on price. Can't see that the content would be any less as they are designed for the same purpose. Also the RYA one comes on 1 CD. Interactive & set up for revision excercises and tests. Combine with the RYA Navigation Handbook and Navigation Exercises(inc Maps) and you have it all, from Comp Crew to Yachtmaster. Just add tools..../forums/images/icons/wink.gif

Just discovered something else. Duh! When you start to do Dayskipper Test 2, it starts asking stupid questions, like in what section of Chart 5011 do you find?? Nowhere in the course preparation or requirements have I seen this mentioned and it's not supplied. It could at least have been on the CD. :0(
In case you are wondering. Chart 5011 is 'Admiralty list of Symbols and Abbreviations' and is actually in book form. Grrrrrrr.
