E:mailed the RYA on the YACHTMASTERS EXAM online booking service at 1555 yesterday, and got a date for the exam in less than 24 hours.
Asking for a date after the 14 Dec ( thats when i'm home , from sea until the middle of Jan ) , Exam booked for the 16th Dec ,,,,
I personally think that is good service.
