Hi,

I saw a mention of this somewhere here, but can't find it on the RYA web site. Is this available to RYA members only?

Thanks

Available to members of the rya via the website.

but your local chandary will sell you a book called buying a second hand yacht - the legal aspects (same size book as there logbooks) for about a fiver with the contract in.

I'm a non member of the rya and about 4 years ago i emailed the legal department who emailed me the contract. no questions asked.

Dependent if you are buying or selling you may need this too.

Woody,

Thanks. I have dropped you a private message with my email address.

I'll probably buy the RYA book, but meantime I would like to see the way that deals are normally handled, so that I can ask some of the correct questions if I get to see a boat meantime.
