RYA bill of sale

With ref to the RYA bill (contract, or what ever it is called) of sale , new (pre-owned in current sales speak) boat to buy, does any one a blank copy of this. As I cannot seen to find it on the RYA website . Or point me in right direction to retrieve it. Possibly cannot find it as I am not a RYA member.
