Rutgerson opening portlights leaking

We have a couple of these hatches on our boat and Iv been told there are some O rings that can cause leaks through the closing turnbuckle type closing buttons . I can see a nut on the inside of the plastic turnbuckle s but not enough room for a spanner, anyone taken these off and do they in fact have O rings that can cause leaks ?

Thanks for that Baba , useful PDF although I still can't see how to undo the delrin knobs to get at the. O rings , must be missing something ,Iv tried prising at the chrome looking caps on outside to no avail , maybe u need to find an ultra slim spanner to get at the nuts I can just see behind the knobs -
