The small pool of yacht up for sale here in Galicia is getting smaller with no sign of people putting their boats on the market as I thought. Now looking at 13,000 euros as lowest price for secondhand boat which don’t look too brilliant.Looks like going to 25,000 upwards is now going to be the new reality?Looking outsideGalicia prices are not that much diffent with the additional delivery costs. Will probably wait till the Spring now and by then there will be some clarification in the world economy and situation and various family members will be self supporting?

I’d look into the cost of shipping from elsewhere in Europe, to widen your pool. It’s surprisingly reasonable, especially for the size you are looking for. It might be €1000, but if it gets you a boat you can love, it’s maybe a way forward.

Yes will be checking with the marine lawyers in Vigo about say buying a French yacht,up wind of Galicia and there are various formites who may have info on what’s available and prices.

Only an optimist will pen this sentence.

or

What do you know we do not know?

Ukraine clarified without even more impact on the international economy and China's property debt issues resolved.... almost as likely as family members becoming self supporting.

But we need to be optimistic

Good. Boats where work had been done were too cheap. This might encourage boats to be upgraded rather than dumped in landfill.

We just need more mooring locations.
