Running Cables In A Mast

Any tips for running a radar cable inside a mast do's and dont's.

Managed yesterday to mouse a line down, but there does not seem to be any electrical conduit. How do you stop cables rubbing.

cable ties at intervalls, stops them clanging

Just to amplify, ties should be arranged so;

At about 12" centres, It really works!

another good way is to put foam tubing around the cables...but you prob need to take the mast down to do this....
