Ruggerini Gearbox?

Trying to source a gearbox for a Ruggerini RM90 inboard diesel. Have a perfectly servicable gearbox (of Spanish origin)from my old Bukh DV10 but looks as though major engineering would be required to mate them. Any thoughts?
