Anyone know where I can find a skeg bearing for the rudder on my Colvic Countess 33?

It is centre cockpit, bilge keeled and sloop rigged.

I can't face the hassle of making one.

Thanks in anticipation.

I had a similar problem last winter finding a bearing for my old Gibsea. After much hunting around and little success, I ended up having to buy the material at a boat jumble and get them made at my local boatyard.

Still they've worked perfectly well, they were very cheap and it was probably easier than searching for something off the shelf!

Good luck

try Norris Isleworth , they'l turn one up on a lath for you .
Or do it your self , tuffnle is a great water lubricated bearing and easy to machine .
cheers

Sorry! Asked the wrong question!
Should have been;-
Anyone know where I can obtain a skeg casting to take a bottom rudder bearing on my Colvic Countess 33 bilge keeler?
My own company manufactures bearings themselves in all types of plastic. That's the easy bit.
