Rubbish disposal

The EA seem to be having an issue with skip supply at the moment. The upper Thames is very short of places to dispose of rubbish. Abingdon has no skip, but is or was allowing bags to be put where the skip should be, Eynsham is cordoned off, the only small skip in the area is Rushy.

shame you aren't further downstream, then you could just dump it onto the Trotman barge !
