Rubber window seals 3mm to 3mm

Hi, can anyone tell me the best place to purchase 3mm - 3mm rubber seal for my shetlands 4 windows. Seals seem worse for wear and also may have to replace windows too!

By the way is anyone is interested in a Digital Compass, then look at www.aldi.co.uk and see some great bargains eg. gas cooker stove, binoculars......
