I've been told the owner of this Merc lived on the embankment near the river AND
was a member of the local rowing club, and still got it wrong...

I've launched there once or twice. Seen more than one car in the drink due to thoughtless/clueless owners. High water springs are the best, the road is impassable and even cars on the road get flooded. A lot of the properties along there have water tight gates across the doors.

Just like to point out that according to the TV prog last nite - Men v Women - the driving test - that MEN won.

Also I beat my wife she got 3 more wrong than me - but I think it's a sore subject.

Re: Stop this V***vo knocking

They have got the reputation for being driven by people who are totally unaware of what is going on around them. This makes said pilots appear selfish and thoughtless on the road. I should know, I've got a right old heap of an 850 T5 estate - entertaining though /forums/images/icons/wink.gif.
I've decided to endure car and dubious reputation for a few more years in order to invest in larger boat, also Volvo powered /forums/images/icons/blush.gif

I recognise that car!

I did that once, with a Renault 4 though.

That merc, it looks like a dark blue E430. Did it have biscuit trim? Why is TCM so quiet?

Re: Stop this V***vo knocking

Unaware of my surroundings, where am I?

I love sitting in my S60 in the middle lane at 70mph, ho ho

I did break the trend by doing 150mph in Germany a couple of years ago, don't ya just love those T5 engines?

Don't think tcm is rowing type though, unless intelligence reports entirely wrong.
