Rouge boat damage on the River Medway

I'm just reaching out to anyone who is moored or sails the Medway. On Monday 29th or Tuesday 30th someone crashed into our boat moored on the River Medway near to the Strand at Gillingham. I suspect the boat was blue and they went along most of the side of our boat. Luckily no structural damage but a lot of scratches in the painted finish. If you happen to see a blue boat with a scrape up the side please let the owner know I would be grateful for their insurance details
