Note for an owner in Port Edgar whose balls are disintegrating.
This is a typical supplier of Delrin Balls. Apparently the Allen screw can be a problem to undo but do not even start unless sure the allen key you have is a good fit in the hex socket. Others here may have hints on freeing this allen screw.
