Any one know her owner? Sailing down the Orwell today at low tide I noticed she was rubbing against a green navigation mark. Fortunately there were no waves and returning up after low water we noticed she was just clear of the buoy. She appeared not to be damaged apart from dirty marks near the cockpit. Possibly her mooring has dragged.
If you know her owner please contact him/her to alert them of the potential for damage if it gets rough at low water.

We (RHYC) have moved her onto another mooring, Its odd as she was on that mooring all last season without any problem. Either the mooring has dragged or the navigation buoy has been moved over winter. A caution to other users of the Orwell - just downstream from Park Bight buoy a ridge seems to have developed right at the edge of the dredged channel or possibly just in the channel. I measured it as varying between i metre and 1.5 metres at chart datum for about 15 metres. As it lies between the moorings and the channel it would be easy to run into when you think you are keeping to the edge of the channel and out of the way of shipping. Its probably the result of the dredger dumping a particularly hard lump of mud over the winter.

Good news and thanks that RHYC have put her on another mooring. I feared that if waves or wash occurred at low water she would be seriously damaged, but did not know who to contact. Thanks also for the info. about the lump of mud.
