Ropes Direct and APC (couriers)

Just had to comment on the service received from these two companies. The story goes -
10 June
12.35 Ordered a couple of customised Polysteel mooring pendants including splices with hard eyes. Ordered through Rope Direct's web site.
12.36 Received three different emails -
1. Order confirmation.
2. Order processed.
3. Thanks for payment.
14:11 Email to let me know that order was complete.
14:43 Email from APC giving tracking reference.

11 June
07:54 SMS from APC giving delivery slot 10:04 and 12:04
07:56 Email with same information from APC.
10:15 Order delivered, inspected and confirmed correct.

Very impressed with both companies, can not recommend them too highly. Why can't it always be like this? No connection etc.

I ordered some 3 strand anchor warp last year. It was very loose weave and hockled straight out of the package. They upgraded to 8 plait at no extra charge and delivered 48 hours later.
