Rocker switch - what does it say?

I am in the process of refurbishing my new pride and joy (a Four Winns 248 Vista from 2008). One of the many projects is to replace the weather-beaten rocker switches on the helm.

However, I can’t work out what the faded wording is on the the left hand one in this image.

I fell asleep trying to work it out from the Four Winns manual (which doesn’t feature a helm diagram for my late model boat) last night😂.

I suspect it’s super obvious to one of you learned boaters so grateful for any answers.

I did actually search quite a bit.
The closest I have so far is that it's the button for Inedible Salad

I thought it said table salt. Wouldn't it be easier to flick the switch when the boat is powered and see what went on/off?
Yes - will have to investigate that way I suspect. Boat is 1hr15mins away and not going to it this weekend and was hoping to have new set of switches for next visit. Alas.

I could just about get "neutral safe" out of it? No idea what that might mean though

A bit of a google image search shows those buttons (left of the helm) being blower, bilge pump and horn - does that help?

I thought the last one was built in 2005.
Went all the way to 2008. But on 2007 and 2008 models, the helm dash and cockpit seating is different from the the ones made before (e.g. the aft bench flips over to allow it being rear facing rather than a horseshoe) - so these late models sort of show evolution into the V258, which succeeded the 248 Vista. Not many of the V258s around though as boats obviously didn't sell well in the years after 2008.

Thanks for all the suggestions. Very odd it is so non-obvious on a little US sports boat with less than 10 rocker switches.

If it was designed as a petrol boat, then having the blower switch right next to the ignition would make perfect sense

You're right, but there is a separate (working) blower switch. As well as bilge pump and various switches for lights.

Well done sandydog , it’s now obvious what the switch said when it was new but as it doesn’t match the others then someone has clearly used a Neutral Salt switch for something else and tried to erase Neutral Salt………
