Roca windscreen wiper arm repair

Can anyone recommend a small engineering workshop in the Swanwick / Southampton area that could drill and retap oversize the grub screw threads on one of my Roca windscreen wiper arms, to save me having to buy a complete new arm assembly?

Buy a tap from eBay, I am sure you have a drill, and job done for a fiver.
