RM69 Toilet - No Service Support?!

I tried a search earlier of all the usual suspects, ASAP etc etc but all came up with out of stock. I am afraid it might be quicker and cheaper to change the whole thing, sorry, but with a bit of luck a better googler will be along shortly.

Their Malta stockist was just opposite the Msida marina office.

In the 20 years I've had an RM69 toilet, I've always had outstanding support, though I must say their distributors (including EC Smith) leave an awful lot to be desired.
I deal with their Leyden HO, raske@RM69.com.
It's far easier to carry a spare pump (it's always some part of that that fails). They will need paying in € and now don't take credit cards.
You'll find an exploded GA arrangement drawing on their website, giving the part # of all their parts and how the device is assembled.
Their website is RM69.com - comes up quite easily in UK Google.
I'd advise against changing, though rather fragile, they're superior to most of the others on the market.

I've sent emails to raske@RM69.com and to info@RM69.com, both of which have only produced total SILENCE. I find such behaviour non-acceptable and very disappointing.

Within 2 hours of e-mailing RM 69 I had a reply from Tjerk van der Graas.
As you seem unable to contact them I'll relay your requirements.

Would you please let me have them? It's unlikely you'll need a complete pump, which from memory is €169 - the parts, when you've dis-assembled the unit will probably come to €10 - €50.

Once they've had payment, despatch will be within 24 hours.

In the past I found them a little slow at times and, somewhat unusually for Dutch companies, not great at English. However, once contact was made they were excellent and sent several spare parts free of charge.

However, I've found their distributor network leaves a lot to be desired, but I've always had excellent support from them. Parts have sent to me in France, Tunisia, Greece and Italy - many have been large (like a replacement saddle tank.
