I have a version of the official British Marine app, River Thames Guide, for the Windows platform. I have tested it running Windows 7 on my Mac but I do not have access to a Windows' mobile device.
If any user is prepared to install, test and provide feedback, please send me a PM and I will provide a Dropbox link for the Windows' versions (32 bit and 64 bit).

PS a version for Mac desktops and laptops will be released soon as well (which pretty much completes the coverage...)
