Riva Aquarama Special

Just back from a fantastic break in Italy. We went to Monza for the F1 and did various tours, based around the Garda area. The best one was chartering a Riva Aquarama Special for a day. A few pics and a videos (in need of editing) are in this Flickr Set:

It wasn't the cheapest day out, but I thoroughly recommend doing it. The boat was skippered but I did most of the driving. 2 x 350 bhp V8s and it scared the wits out of me when I got it up to full speed. I am used to a displacement steel boat....

No speedo and even if there was one I wouldn't have looked as I was holding on very hard.... it suddenly got a bit bouncy
