The Riva Aquarama Lamborghini was built 45 years ago for Ferruccio Lamborghini. The man who started the exotic Italian car company. For a while it was hidden and lost.

Few years ago Dutch Riva collector tracked it down and now in 2013, the boat is back to life in its original condition packing two 350hp Lamborghini V12 engines!

They appear to have forgotten the bit that goes on top of the engines!

It looks beautiful, and will sound beautiful too.
Issue is big lambo engines sound nice when fully open, and in this video they are not, only at 2.08 do they open up and then can finally be heard over the wind and water noise on the microphone. At 2.08 to 2.20 or so you can hear it...lovely!
But for low level they need reverse on the exhaust, or following boat. Or a nice tubi on those straight pipes..

Looking a bit sooty on the star board side. Would be nice to hear it going.

Pete

That's just the unburnt petrol off the exhaust, rather than a cold start diesel soot. They all do that if de-catted...in reality it would sound thunderous on start up, straight pies, no cats, no baffle, I reckon video just cannot do sound justice! Roll on lottery win.
