Short of something to read? Time heavy on your hands? Here's a new publication from the RIN that might create some 'nodding in agreement' and/or 'shaking head in irritation'.
Me? I'm closer to the Moitessier way of thinking - and Arthur Ransome's comment about 'duffers'.... and I still have my stock of IKEA 3" 2B pencils to work through. :LOL:

Hmm - I wasn't aware of the ability to create ' virtual' AIS targets that can be used to mark navigational dangers. Will read on.............

Wasn't as cooky as it sounds, since the polarizing effects of certain quartz crystals lets you observe the sun through haze or cloud cover. They called them sun stones. I might try lining my helmet with tin foil.
