Rib for saturday

Does anyone know where I can charter a rib [or similar small powerboat] (4.5-5.5m in length). I have phoned so many rib charter companies and not one has a boat under 6m that they bareboat charter (or hire). Apparently there have been issues with insurance following an accident last year

I have a flatacraft, however the engine is having major work on it, and my friends rib also needs major work.

Can anyone help - was really hoping to get out to take some pictures of the red funnel regatta
