Rewind - Fawley meadow and camping

The cheque has been sent off to Steve at SRB moorings so providing we don't get it returned due to over subscription we will have a mooring for the Rewind Festival, but do any of the knowledgeable on here know if a small tent alongside the boat (on the dry side) is permitted?

I did ask Steve in my emails to him but failed to get a reply about this particular question.

I saw tents moored next to boats on both sides of the river last year. I know Steve is normally ok with a tent next to the boat.
