Reverse osmosis water

Looking for advise regarding RO water I have access to RO water and was thinking of using it this winter to mix with the antifreeze as it is due to be change the engines are AD41P what does any one think must be better than tap water

Our local water is very hard and risk of calcium blocking is very real so I collect rain water in my Garden and have been using this to mix my antifreeze for many years now. Just make sure it is clean and free from debris and insects. You can filter it through cover filter paper if needed.

Thanks that was my thoughts just worried it might damage some parts as it does with copper pipes and cylinders we only use stainless and plastic on any installations using RO water
