revarnishig inside beeteau 35s5

i want to revarnish the inside of my main cabin if i remove the old varnish with nitromors will i get the same finish as when new what varnish should i use i was thinking of letonkins
any advice

I did it on the forward bulkhead in my bene 351. i used nitromors to strip it, BUT it takes off the stain as well so you have to rub down really well and restain, i used a mixture of oak and mahogany, you have to get the stain really even. i then used halfords spray can car laquer to "varnish" it. it gives a superb satin finish and looks just like the original. i dont care how good you are, if you brush varnish the interior of a boat it looks like shite!
i suppose if you wanted to you could spray the varnish but the halfords stuff really does the biz, i suppose also that you could just rub down the original and use the laquer.
