Albeit a raggie, I frequently resort to this forum for the lighter side of life. The humour and banter are second to none.

Going to the first reunion of my RAF apprentice entry (1963 -1966) Friday night and need some light material.

Can you help?

If you're reading from notes, and they've had a few drinks it's a good laugh to introduce the band "who will be playing tracks from their Musical Bum" and then re-read it as "oops, sorry, music album" tho they have to be quite lashed to giggle at benny hill jokes.

Otherwise, references to being sent by others to the stores for skyhooks, buckets of steam or a Long Stand. Er, this actually happened to me, the gits. Mind you, that storeman was rubbish - I had to hang about all afternoon for the long stand while the storeman told me to wait right there, and it took him three hours to discover that he hadn't got any after all. Useless!
