retrofitting an \"inbuilt\" sprayhood

A lot of newer boats include a sprayhood that folds neatly down into a moulded groove on the coachroof. Does anybody make a kit that would allow such an arrangement to be retrofitted?

Do you mean can anyone make a new cabin top / hatch garage for you?

I suspect you would not recover from hearing the quote. You would do better selling your existing boat and buying one ready equipped.
